Who can buy from out shop:

You are not allowed to purchase any items via this site if your purpose is to use them to infringed out intellectual property or other legal rights.
You are not allowed to buy any good via this site if you are a dealer, reseller or distributor as our items are intended for sales to consumers only. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order you place with us even if we have accepted your offer at first. We reserve the right to cancel any order from you as a consumer no matter the reason and in the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by your contact information such as e-mail provided at the time of the order placement.
You agree to provide current, correct and complete information such as name, address, e-mail and possibly phone number when placing your order so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
Thenordicwolfie reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Please check them carefully as they will apply to anything you buy.
Thenordicwolfie will take reasonable care to ensure that representations and descriptions of the items appearing on our website are correct. However there may be differences between items you receive and the way they appear on the website because everything is handmade and items may change in for example color, shape, size.
You place your order by using the ordering process on our site. This involves selecting items, placing them in the shopping cart and sending us your order by clicking your way to payment with PayPal.
Thenordicwolfie is currently using PayPal and Stripe as a paying method but the customer is given the option to use a credit card through checkout. Thenordicwolfie does not accept any other payment methods and every order has to go through the website to be valid. Any money sent through PayPal with a note will be refunded to the original address on PayPal without any further explanation or information to the client.
You agree to contact us if anything in your shipping address or contact information changes.
When placing your order and making your payment, you accept that it is a legal contract between thenordicwolfie as a business and you as the client.
The price on the items shown on our website are nonnegotiable.
Thenordicwolfie DO NOT mark the packages as a “Gift” on the shipping label to avoid taxes in your country.
Thenordicwolfie is not responsible for any taxes or custom duties in your country.
If you enter the wrong destination country to avoid shipping costs, we will pause your order and send an invoice through PayPal with the price difference and should you not accept this invoice, Thenordicwolfie is not obligated to complete your order or refund the original payment.
The email address connected to the PayPal account is the previous email of Thenordicwolfie (wiccawolfie) but this does not damage the payment by any means.
Orders being made through PayPal that may cause issues is not a responsibility of Thenordicwolfie. Contact PayPal if any payments are causing issues for you.
If we have mis-priced any item by mistake, Thenordicwolfie is not obligated to supply the item at that price provided we tell you before we ship your order.
Thenordicwolfie may offer discount codes for limited time, every now and then. These discount codes are personal and can not be handed out to non-customers.
We reserve the right to reject and cancel any discount codes without notice.
Possible discount condes are only available on certain items and we reserve the right to decide which items may not involve in any discounts.
Delivery will be complete when we deliver to the address you give us when placing your order.
Delivery is only to the countries mentioned on our website and is otherwise subject to any restrictions in Sweden, where Thenordicwolfie is located.
Shipping prices may differ depending on worldly restrictions.
Thenordicwolfie uses the Swedish postal service “Postnord” and is using their prices on your shipping. We do not charge more than the Swedish legal price.
Every package is sent with a tracking code, however, Thenordicwolfie is always doing the best to save time and administrational time, therefore, you will not be given the tracking code when the email confirmation of your sent packages has been sent due to these codes needing to be entered manually on the website for each order. If you however wish to have the tracking code, we will provide this in an email that you first need to send us asking for the tracking code.
Thenordicwolfie has an app where every package automatically is entered when labels has been printed, so that we can have a constant look at your package and its journey to your address.
Each package has an estimated creative process of 3 to 6 weeks and this is because of the amount of orders we receive every opening, being a one-woman-shop, and depending on how big the orders are.
Thenordicwolfie will not promise any delivery time but we are open to have a dialog through email if there are any questions.
Unless Thenordicwolfie say otherwise, delivery time on our website are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and where we could not have taken reasonable steps regarding delivery.
If you receive notifications of an unsuccessful attempt of delivery, you agree to use the details provided to immediately contact the courier in your country to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available to receive the package, the package may be left on the doorstep by the courier.
Thenordicwolfie is not responsible for any packages being lost, delayed or damaged by courier. This is your responsibility to contact the courier and make a complaint to their head office in your country. However, we are open to a dialog if any package is lost or shown to be damaged before the package has left Swedish postal service.
If the package can’t be delivered due to non completed contact information (inaccurate address, not paying customs, not contacting courier to re-arrange delivery) and the package is sent back to us, you must pay the amount of any resulting courier or warehouse fees that we have to pay other people. We can insist that such cost be paid before we arrange a re-delivery and/or add them to any future order you make. Payment for this will be sent as an invoice through PayPal.
You become owner of the items after delivery of the package and payment. Until that happens, you hold the items on our behalf.

You agree that you are legally bound to pay and receive your package when ordering from Thenordicwolfie.
Nothing in this agreement in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited. In this section, any reference to us includes our employees and agents who have the right to enforce this agreement.
We are not under a legal duty to supply items that are in conformity with the contract. Nothing in our agreement affects your legal right relating to items that don’t conform the contract whether because they are faulty, not as described or otherwise.
We are not liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation during this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including third party communication failures and epidemics/pandemics.

Thenordicwolfie is strict with the opening days and will not open the shop if the dates are missed by any customers.
Thenordicwolfie is a brand protected by international copyright laws. That refers to Gabi – The owner of this brand and the creator of every item in the shop, statements, social media, pictures, text and website with the only legal rights to reproduce and sell any of the work as the original creator.
Should the crew behind Thenordicwolfie find out that products, name, pictures, videos, text and statements are being copied without consent or legal collaborations by anyone other than us, we have the legal right to contact accurate authorities such as police and law enforcement on an international basis for a trial considering the laws of copyright.
If you notice the work of Thenordicwolfie being copied or third-party sold on any platform, please contact us immediately.
