Life nowadays can be pretty hectic, am I right?

On this page, the questions we get asked the most are gathered to save you some time and energy! Should you still have a question that isn't answered here, please send me an email and I'll do the best I can to help you!

  • I dont have a paypal account, how do i pay?
    - At checkout, you'll get a choice to use either a paypal account ot your credit card.
    If you live in Sweden, Swish is acceptable on rare occasions.


  • When will my order be ready?
    - Every order requires different amount of time to be ready to ship, but between 1-3 weeks.


  • How long does shipping take?
    - Each country has different ways to handle deliveries but when shipping from Sweden to the US, it takes about 4 weeks to arrive.


  • I changed my mind after i placed and paid for the order, what do i do?
    - The Nordic wolfie will wait three days before starting on your order. This is because if you DO change your mind, you have three days to send me an email and get your money back.
    - However, once you've paid, Paypal charges me a fee of about 2-3% (Depending on your country) so that amount will NOT be refunded if you change your mind within the first three days after order placement.


  • I changed my mind more than three days after order placement, what happens now?
    - You start by send me an email, telling me about your change of mind. If I have already sent your package, there is no refund. If I am in the middle of the creation process, you can still change your mind, but you will only be refunded 70% of the money, this is because I value my craft and the time i spend on it or my time in general.


  • can i get a refund?
    -
    There are no refunds on finished and shipped items. No exeptions.


  • when do i get my money back?
    - 70% will only be refunded if you change your mind. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


  • why have i not been refunded 100% of the money i paid?
    - The Nordic Wolfie is a one-woman business who spends lots of hours, love and spiritual guidance when creating your package. Shipping will not be refunded whether or not you paid for shipping - the package was still sent. I am a small business who gets paid per order, not from a safe paycheck every month from a company. All the hours that I spend on your package will not be refunded to me. The refund you get is ONLY for material useage costs.


  • when do i get my money back?
    - Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment when the nordic wolfie is notified of your change of mind, however only 70% minus the paypal fee will be refunded.


  • why have i not been refunded 100% of the money i paid?
    - The Nordic Wolfie is a one-woman business who spends lots of hours, love and spiritual guidance when creating your package. Shipping will not be refunded whether or not you paid for shipping, the package was still sent. I am a small business who gets paid per order, not from a safe paycheck every month from a company.   • Is my package sent with tracking?
    - Every package is sent with tracking that allows me to follow your package with an app on my phone. The app will tell me if the package was unable to be delivered by your door and it will tell me when you've recieved the package in your hands.



      • My package has been lost, what do i do?
        - Lost packages will not be replaced and the best thing is to contact your post office/service if this happens. We get notified using an app when your package has been delivered.


        • why havent i gotten the tracking code for my package?
          - Every customer, without exeptions, gets a confirmation email when the package has been left at the postal office. In this email, the tracking code, including the name of the Swedish postal service is attached.
          Make sure you enter the right email-address at checkout.


        • i have the tracking code, but how do i track the package?
          - Once the package has left the Swedish postal office and customs, you need to contact the postal service in your country with the same tracking number as in your confirmation email from The Nordic Wolfie. For eaxmple, the US uses "USPS" so if you're in the states, go on to their page and enter the tracking number.


        • can i re-sell your items? 
          - "The Nordic Wolfie" is copyrighted, if I find any of my items being second hand sold by another person, I have the right to contact authorities.
          Besides, they're worth more when I'm dead, so if you want to make a profit, wait for the wicked witch to be dead..  *knock on wood*


        • how do you store my information?
          -
          We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties!

        • I don't have your currency in my country,, how do I know what you're charging?
          - Google it.

        • How do I get a discount?
          - I do not offer discounts unless I have clear, written information about it on the website and on instagram. And I will not answer emails that contains any requests for a lower price on these items. They are filled with magic and love!

          • Will you write a book or grimoir about your witchcraft?
            - Under the page "Witchcraft" on this website, you'll find some of the rituals and notes about my life as a Nordic Völva, but writing a book about it is not in my interest at the moment.


          • do you do collaborations?
            - If they stand for a good cause, like charity, or it will benefit this shop in any way.
